Aged for 4 months on lees in stainless steel, with a further year in stainless steel. Then moved to French oak barrels for 20-30 days and then back to the deposit of stainless steel.
Lemon-yellow in colour, clean, bright and fresh. Intense aroma, with elegant, predominant citrus fruits. Pineapple, pears and bay notes. Finished with a touch of caramel. Great depth. Elegant acidity and a persistent aftertaste.
