In American oak 6 years (Soleras and Criaderas). They use a blend of their best Oloroso casks previously sweetened with a selection of Pedro Ximénez wine.
 
Bright and dark chestnut colour with aromas of dried fruit and raisins. Unctuous and smooth on the palate.
