A stunning Manzanilla en Rama (Palomino Fino) by 'Callejuela' has a production of only 300 bottles per year. Produced using the Solera system under the flor and is unfiltered and unclassified. Perfect with all savoury starters including Jamón, cheese, nuts and olives and also beautiful served with fish.
