Double selcetion of grapes st in the field and in the winery. Fermentation between 20 and 30 days for maximum extraction. Aged is done on second and third year barrels, for 14-15 months, following biodanamyc rules.
On the nose we have notes of black fruits as blackberry, currant and blueberry. It has an important balsamic component. Its mineral part stands out, provided by the sandy soils. On palate rounded and powerful at the same time, with earthy notes.
